3. Unopened Returns Procedure
3.1 In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and shipping label with a return address to our fulfilment centre. You will then need to return the package and include the top label inside the box and the bottom label on the outside of the box for shipping.
3.2 You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with unopened returns under this policy.
